Grove End Road

Our Grove End Road project was a semi-detached house, originally built in the 1930s, arranged over a basement, ground, and two upper floors. The house featured brick construction with a pitched tiled roof and double-hung, double-glazed timber sash windows. We applied for planning permission to covert the property from three separate apartments into one large luxury family home. Our extensive renovation and refurbishment project included extending the property and adding modern amenities such as a swimming pool, steam room & gymnasium at the basement level, cinema room, chef’s kitchen, children playroom, home keeping staff accommodations and a passenger lift to serve all floors.
