The Albion

The Albion was originally a Pub that we acquired and redeveloped. We obtained planning permission to demolish the existing structure and construct a new mixed-use building with a basement and ground floor commercial unit, along with eight residential apartments. These units include 4 studios, 3 one-bedroom apartments, and 1 two-bedroom apartment. Our work involved significant underpinning to increase the head height in the basement, converting it from a storage space into a habitable area. We used a concrete frame for the structure up to the second floor and a steel structure for the setback top floor. Construction is currently underway, with completion expected in February 2025.
