St Charles Square

This property was a mid-terrace house comprising four apartments spread over the lower ground, ground, first, and second floors. We successfully obtained planning permission to amalgamate the lower ground and ground floor flats into a single dwelling. Additional, we obtaining permission to build a single-story rear extension at the lower ground floor level and a Mansard roof extension, converting the second-floor flat into a duplex apartment. Our extensive works involved completely demolishing the building’s interior, rebuilding all floors, and repairing the internal / external elevations. The chimney breasts was also demolished to create more internal floor area. Additional works included restoration of the front and back elevations to restore the house’s original decorative features and characteristics as well us landscaping works to the front and rear garden. Construction on site is well underway and is scheduled for completion in December 2024
